You can delete reminders on the "reminders" page. Just click on the "delete" button (red circle with a minus) next to a reminder you wish to delete.

Every "reminder" e-mail that you receive is ended with this sentence: "Tired of receiving this email? Go to http://bp-chart.com/en/reminders/index to unsubscribe."
