I am on Ramipril, and beta blockers, Ace inhibitors etc for post MI treatment. I take my BP in the morning and evening would it be better taking the reading before or after meds? Any ideas?

Before meals according to most doctors. Not more than 3 times daily if your bloodpressure is very high. Morning, noonish & evening. Twice a day is ok for most others.
