Jun 26th 2013, 11:201509155spent most of night IBS,could not take Bp tablets and just had acupuncture and massage for IBS and migraine. Feel very tired and out of body experience.
Jun 3rd 2013, 16:461187162worked all day on allotment. Last night dropped propranalol down to half a tablet 20 mgs and this morning took the other half. So instead of 120 mgs a day. Now on 40 mgs a day.

Dropped Propranalol to twice a day 80 mgs from 120mgs three times a day.Still on slow release Felodipine 5mgs.Been reading a lot of research on the dangers of Statins and told my stupid doctor to get her facts right before preaching to me about lowering my Cholesterol (which is 7). Doctor could not answer a simple question of what is that meaningless number? Also told doctor that 75% of her brain (If she has one?)is made up of cholesterol, and by lowering it will cause memory loss, which seems to have happened in her case. She seemed upset by this:0)

Went home and after half an hour took Bp on new home machine 140/90. Have lunch and went to bed for 3 hours, slept real well and took dog out for short walk then took Bp. Feeling muzzy, with neck ache other wise fine.
